What are the main functions of IT in business today, and how do you explain these roles to senior anyone believes it is just a support function. What I discovered was – Ask them to go a single day of work without a computer. First email in advance and on that day to inform everyone that they will not be receiving emails in the day. And all the information they want, can not be achieved with the use of a computer in any way. How far do you think things can go before a merger takes place down? You can allow fax, scanner / copiers.
