Management software, business rules

Sunday, January 22nd, 2012

Who has to pay property tax affairs, if we rented the equipment we rent or co. ? How about computer software? Software is treated as business and other equipment (computer, copier etc.,), or it has different rules for property tax firms. Thank you in advance. Basically … This depends entirely on local law and the terms of your lease. Most commercial leases are written so that the tenant pays all taxes and bars, unless local law that provision of the contract that would be practical, standing in the yard. As for software, most localities only tax tangible personal property so that the software is generally not taxed. However, this is a local problem, and, subject to the interpretation of local laws and conditions of the lease.
